Mission Statement from the Owner, Lalise Chin:

I am delighted to welcome you to Grace Caring Home. Born in Ethiopia, I left home at the age of 16, traveling to Hong Kong to further my education. There I met my husband, Daniel Chin, who I later married. We moved to Washington State to pursue higher education at Walla Walla University and subsequently moved to Seattle where we welcomed a beautiful daughter into our family.

 

I have always had a passion for people. I strive to maintain a health-conscious lifestyle and take great pleasure in caring for others. People often tell me hospitality is my greatest gift. I have worked at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance for many years and find great inspiration from the resilience, perseverance and courage I have witnessed from my patients and their families.

 

It is our goal you will find Grace Caring Home\Pearly Jones Adult Family Home a place you feel cared for, cherished, contented and comfortable as you make this your new home.

Our Staff

  • All Lead Staff are State Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) or Registered Nursing Assistants (NAR's)

  • Our house RN is integrally involved in the care plan for each Resident

  • The night staff is completely awake tending to each Resident's night time needs

  • Owner Lalise Chin is available 24/7

  • All staff have continuing education yearly

  • Staff members work as a team with the Provider, Resident's family, RN and MD to ensure the Resident's well-being

  • There is one awake night staff caregiver between the hours of 10pm and 6am.
